An incredible super-food that is packed with minerals, vitamins, pigments and phytonutrients - including potassium, manganese, zinc, magnesium, iron and calcium. YUM.
Green Smoothie Bowl
2 handfuls of spinach
1tbsp peanut butter
1 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop of Free Soul Vanilla Protein Powder
Simply place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until all combined.
If the mixture is a slightly thick, add a small amount of water until you reach your desired consistency.
Top with fresh fruit a spoon of dairy free yoghurt and enjoy!
