These protein oat cookies are a delicious post-workout snack. Protein to help aid in muscle repair and recovery and oats are a great source of carbohydrates to help replenish your energy stores after a workout session. A quick and easy recipe.
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup almond milk
4 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 scoop of Free Soul vanilla protein powder
1 mashed banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
In a large mixing bowl put all the ingredients in and mix well until all the ingredients are combined
Separate into cookies
Sprinkle with cacao nibs
Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown
Leave to cool and enjoy them while they are fresh!
