I'm not one for sharing or reviewing products. But I felt like I should share. I have have PCOS and have trouble with balancing my hormones and sugar levels. I have a daughter who is 11, but when we started to try for another baby I was diagnosed with PCOS and never once in nearly 9 years had a positive pregnancy test. Next month we were due to start IVF. I tried FREE Soul PCOS at the start of august and on the first month of taking them ( and I did struggle some days to take regularally) yesterday I got a postive pregnancy test and looks like I am 5 weeks pregnant. I'm still in shock and can't believe it. So thank you free soul xx

I found out i had PCOS 1 year ago after coming off the contraceptive pill. I really did not expect these tablets to make a difference and perhaps other factors are at play but since taking them for the past 3 months my acne has completely has gone and my period returned after an 8 month absence. I would recommend using them (alongside professional medical advice).

I have hypothyroidism and inositol was recommended to me as something that could help my symptoms. I've been using this product for a few months now and my periods have already regulated to every 28 days, my hormonal breakouts are a thing of the past and I get fewer migraines (these were debilitating and would occur during ovulation and my TOM). Couldn't be happier with this product and will continue to use.

I have been taking these over a week now! I am so glad I have found these! Yes they are huge tablets but they work! These have helped loads with my bloating and fatigue. I feel more energetic! I also feel like it has helped me lose a little weight, which is HARD to believe but I can see the difference on the scales, with also water intake and a good diet! I will definitely be buying some more. I have heard stories about people conceiving with these and I too also hope these help on our ttc journey :)

I feel different after taking these for the first time. i have soo many symptoms with my pcos its awful but after taking these i feel better im hoping over time it will help more. They are a little big to swollow even for me who doesn't normally have problems swollowing tablets. I would definetley reccomend these tablets if u suffer from PCOS. I just wish i would of known about these some time ago as im 43 almost and suffered from pcos since i was 16 i feel it is a little late to be taking them now but i will continue to for as long as i can. Improved my PCOS symptoms. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and after 5 months of no periods, I decided to give these supplements a go. Most of the positive reviews were spot on, after 3 weeks of taking these as recommended, I got my period! Aside from that, it’s also improved my sleep, bloating and I’m finally losing weight gradually. I definitely recommend these if you want to try improving your PCOS symptoms without going down the birth control route. I’m beyond happy and hope these improvements continue!

I can't recommend these enough! I have been dealing with PCOS bloating for a long time now and within 1 month I have lost 2kg of fat without drastically changing my routine or food. I have also experienced less PMS before my period. If you have PCOS, definitely give these a try!

Curbs hunger pangs! I honestly didn’t expect much as supplements are a hit and miss but these are great! I can’t say if they have reduced my insulin resistance yet but what I can say is that my hunger pangs have significantly reduced since being on these and I now have no trouble sticking to 1500 calories a day! I couldn't recommend these tablets more if you have PCOS! I got my period within less than a month of taking these, of which is normally irregular and can disappear for months. These tablets have also curved my PCOS cravings - I used to feel so hungry still even after having a full meal and now I don't. I also feel as though my mood swings have lessened and I feel more clear headed and less anxious. I have also noticed I have had less hair growth under my chin where I normally get it in excess and I have had less breakouts on my chin which is where my PCOS breakouts tend to be. Will definitely be repurchasing!

Wow really impressed! Never realised how much I snacked & craved sugar before, since taking these that has reduced dramatically. Noticed I’m not loosing as much hair as well. I don’t weigh myself, I feel like I’ve lost weight. Period isn’t back yet but it’s only been 3 weeks. Definitely recommend.

I think it's because these pills contain 10000mg of Maca root. Well worth the price. I normally give myself a week's break after taking them 3 days into my period, then I start taking them again on a reduced dose like 1 or 2 a day until day 10 and then I start taking my normal dose again. My period's can still be late but atleast they are consistent. Would recommend.

I have PCOS and I've been taking these pills for a month now and I have more energy than ever! All I would do is work and sleep and now I'm able to do more with myself.Also I was never able to proper digest my food so every morning I would feel my food coming up from the day before.I was never able to lose weight only gain and it was such a struggle but every since starting these pills I have energy to go gym and I've lost 5kg in a month of taking the pills.
