Wow!! I have my greens every morning but normally blend it into a smoothie or put honey and lemon into it. Best “Greens” i’ve tried. Tried quite a few greens powders in the past but this seems to be the best for both taste and nutritional value. I am into my 2nd bag and I’m starting to feel the benefit in both my gut health and general well-being. As for taste, it’s absolutely fine with just water, however I have found it to be perfect in a juice or smoothie. I have mine with apple juice and frozen mango.

I was searching for a green juice. This one appeared to have the most ingredients I was after. At first I was skeptical of all the benefits listed and thought this product was just well-marketed. I gave it a go anyway.
Wow. 1) I have struggled with indigestion for YEARS, this, along with a balanced diet has helped so much, I have not felt uncomfortable, bloated or sore since taking this.
2) I have a medical background. I suffer with psoriasis particularly on scalp and upper body. I have over the years tries A-Z therapies. For some reason, since using this product (about 4 weeks now) my psoriasis disappeared. I cannot pin anything else down to this change other than this magic potion. Somehow the ingredients in this settle my immune system in a way it suppresses my psoriasis. Big well-done to the team who worked on creating FS greens. I am onto my second pouch. This is a completely unbiased review, but for me it’s been life changing. I just mix it with water & ice. Drinking this is the best part of my day now!

Just drop a heaped teaspoon in a glass of water, stir for 5-10 seconds and the greens are fully drinkable (see my video). The taste isn't too bad either. Greens like this are never going to taste amazing but the flavour is perfectly palatable and I no longer dread drinking my greens first thing every morning. If the flavour does bother you, just mix these greens into any kind of fruit juice or smoothie and you'll hardly be able to taste the 'green' element at all.As for the ingredients and the product itself - since using these greens for just over a week I've noticed that I have more energy; I feel more balanced; my skin and nails are healthier and I just feel great! I’m currently halfway through my 3rd subscription of FS Greens/Vegan Protein and all I can say is it is a miracle! I’m currently under investigation for suspected endometriosis, and was struggling with chronic pelvic pain and severe bloating daily. Since having FS in my daily routine (either in a smoothie or iced latte - delicious!!) I’ve found that my pelvic pain and bloating has significantly reduced! I’ve been taking this everyday for the past 2 weeks and honestly I was skeptical about greens powders but I’ve defo been proven wrong by this one! My skin has never been so glowy! I struggle with acne and scarring and not only has it helped to clear up my skin, it also has made it look so healthy. The very slight downside is the powder can settle at the bottom of your glass so that is something you’ll have to stir and also just try to ignore when you get to the bottom of your drink. It can taste a little earthy if just mixed with water, but if you mix with what I mentioned above (also says on the packaging) when mixed I find you really can’t taste it. so all in all It’s a very versatile product and worth the try!
