Contains 100% NRV of vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E, plus added biotin, zinc and selenium - all in a tasty gummy with a fruity flavour. Good price too for a month's supply (you need to take two per day). I'd definitely buy these again when I've had gummies with less vitamin content at a higher price.

Little bit acidic but extremely effective. Noticed a difference in my hair, skin and nails within the first week. Have only missed a dose once. The following day I noticed it in the texture of my hair!

I'm a fairly recent convert to gummies, as I previously have found it difficult to remember to take my vitamins. Now that they come in the form of sweets, I look forward to my daily dose!These gummies come in a plastic tub with all the ingredients and nutritional information clearly displayed. It's worth noting that they do contain sugar so I'm not sure in the long term how good they will be for my teeth, but at least I am getting my vitamins and there are no artifical ingredients or animal products to be concerned about.The gummies have a nice texture and pleasant berry taste - they aren't as soft as some gummies I have tried but they are still soft enough and very easy to chew. With 60 in the tub, that's a month's supply at the recommended intake of two a day.Overall I'm satisfied with these gummies. There's nothing really to distinguish them from other brands of gummies but they are tasty and have a good mix of multivitamins.

These gummy vitamins for hair and nails are the same as many other brands, the ingredients etc, seem to be exactly the same as most available on Amazon - therefore I believe these are a white label product which is been branded.I have another brand at home and they are exactly the same therefore I cannot really suggest they are good value as when you do research - the same product, is available for considerably less.Two vitamins to be taken daily, offering from 100-300% of your NRV for Biotin and Vitamin A/B etc.Easy to swallow, chewable - texture isn’t bad at all, suitable for veggies and vegans.Sweet, blueberry flavour - they don’t taste artificial or have the ‘supplement’ taste to them.Highly recommended however!

This is a good size bottle that lasts the usual month course of these types of vitamins. The bottle is sealed and comes full to the brim.The dosage is two gummies per day. These gummies have a really nice flavour and the texture is good too. I felt like i was having a midday treat when i took these.They have lots of different vitamins in which help hair, skin and nails. I have not noticed a difference as of yet but from the dosage of the vitamins i think they are good to take. As a bonus to some they are also suitable for vegetarians too.

These are pretty cheap gummies compared to many, especially considering they are a decent little complex with the multi vits included with the focus on skin, hair and nails so was pleasantly surprised that they also taste pretty good! Would definitely get again and recommend as an intro into gummies if you've not tried them before and want a very good value option to try out.

Nice flavour and good dose
Very happy with these vitamin gummies. They have a good combination of vitamins and the gummies have a pleasant sweet taste. They aren't too sickly and have a soft chewiness, not too sticky or firm. There is just the hint of vitaminy flavour so they aren't quite as nice as Sweets but I do find them pleasant to take and they seem to be helping to keep me healthy.

Taste nice, fruity but I wouldn’t exactly say like mango. Not too sticky like some other vitamin gummies which get stuck in your teeth. Good dose of 9 different vitamins, all minimum of 100% of the recommended daily amount. Since taking biotin my nails haven’t been as weak and my hair less brittle. A worth while vitamin to take.

After having two children my hair and nails took a battering so I’m always on the look out for anything I can use to help make them better. These are actually quite good I’ve seen a mild improvement though usage so will continue to purchase them to see if it improves further. I’d recommend these if you suffer with weak hair and nails.
