Here's our quick "how-to" guide to show you how you can earn points, refer friends, and enjoy the rewards.

 

1. Logging in:

 

Click on the below button on the homepage:

 

2. Click on "Join Now"

3. Fill out the details below / sign in if you already have an account:

 

You will then be brought back to the homepage.

 

4. Click on the button below to see how many points you have:

How to earn points

• For every £1 you spend you will receive 10 points.

Example: For order for £40 you’ll get 400 points.

• For following us on Instagram you’ll get 50 points
• For inputting your birthday date you’ll get 200 points
• For creating an account you’ll get 200 points

 

IMPORTANT: always make sure you are logged in and use the same email address when making a purchase to receive points.

 

Once you've accumulated enough points through purchases, or through making a referral (information below), or through a few of the actions in your account, you'll need to know how to redeem those points!

 

How to Redeem Points

If you have enough points to redeem a reward,  you should be able to see a “Redeem” button in your "Ways to redeem" section.

You can choose how many points you want to redeem using a slider:

 

After you choose the amount click “Redeem”.

You will see a code. Copy it, and click “Apply code”:

 

You can then use this discount code on your next order - be sure to copy and paste it!

If you don’t use the created discount immediately, you’ll be able to find the code in the “Your rewards” section when you next log in. 

For the biggest rewards, you'll need to know how to make a referral!

In order to refer someone you need to share the link in your “Refer your friends” section:

Send that code to your friends, and when they purchase through it, they will be given £10 off on their purchase, and you'll get a £10 off code for your next purchase too! You can find your code in the below section, after your friend has made a purchase:  

 

To use your £10 coupon, click on the £10 off coupon, copy the code to your clipboard and click apply code. Then just use this code at checkout! Remember to copy & paste the code when you purchase.

 

Remember - the app won't work if you try to refer yourself!
