Product

Our products have been formulated by one of the UK’s leading nutritionists, Dr Cunliffe (RNutr), specifically to support female wellness. Free Soul’s Products have been reinforced with vital vitamins, minerals, and adaptogens including Peruvian Maca, Siberian Ginseng and Guarana, L-Carnitine, Magnesium, Iron and Calcium - all of which are in the perfect proportions for the female body to support energy, gut health, hormonal balance, and bone health.

The wheatgrass and barley grass used in our blends are derived from the grasses of each plant (rather than the grain) making them naturally gluten-free. We have also conducted further independently tested, to ensure there are no traces of gluten.

All of our blends can be added to water, smoothies, juices, plant-based milk and any bakes and recipes you create! Our supplements should be taken as instructed on the individual packaging, with a glass of water.

Most of the FS range is exclusively packed with plant-powered goodness, and 100% vegan ingredients - with the exception of our Collagen products, our menopause products, and our Hair, Skin and Nails gummies.

Our products have been designed to be taken together, and we always recommend combining different products to your routine for their different benefits!

FS-Greens and The Vegan Protein Blend are a popular combo for your morning smoothies, to balance your hormones and give your immune system and energy levels a boost.

The only exception is our Perimenopause and Female Multivitamin. We advise against taking these alongside each other, or alongside our Vegan Protein Powder!

Yes, all of our gummies can be taken in combination with each other!

We recently discontinued our whey blends as we found these were no longer in line with our goals to become more plant-based as a business

We recently removed all of our pink plastic scoops from your pouches, to reduce the amount of unnecessary plastic waste we were creating. We now recommend using a standard tablespoon and teaspoon measures on all of our relevant packaging as your suggested serving size, as we know you’ll have these on hand at home!

All of our supplements and blends are gluten-free, however our protein bars do contain gluten at present!

Yes, our entire range is dairy free, making all of our products suitable to those who are lactose intolerant!

Our supplements and blends are all entirely nut-free, and the majority of our vegan protein bars are also nut free. There are however nuts in our Chocolate Caramel Peanut bar.

Yes, all of our ingredients and products are non-GMO.

All of our blends are all free from artificial sweeteners and added sugar. We use stevia, a plant-based sweetener, to naturally sweeten our products, which does not raise blood glucose levels like most natural sugars do

However, we always recommend checking with your GP or a medical professional to make recommendations specific to health conditions.

All of our products are naturally sourced, and should not interfere with the pill, you can double check with your doctor to be certain.

None of our products contain hormones and therefore will not be the cause of a false positive pregnancy test result.

While all of our products are naturally sourced & independently tested, pregnancy & breastfeeding are different experiences for everyone, & we always recommend asking your doctor, or a healthcare professional for advice and recommendations before taking any supplement or blend. We would not recommend our multivitamins as they contain Vitamin A.

Our products have been uniquely formulated to enhance the wellbeing of women due to the carefully selected ingredients we include and the proportions in which they are utilised. Although men can use Free Soul, it won’t be as beneficial to the male body

Unfortunately, we do not offer product samples at this time! We know buying protein bars, blends and FS-Greens online without tasting the product can be difficult, but we’d encourage you to read our reviews - there’s a reason we’re loved by so many. We know there’s nothing worse than running out of your daily essentials, especially when consistency is key to feeling the benefits! Although it doesn’t happen often, items can go out of stock for reasons beyond our control, please bare with us as we work hard to get it back in for you - remember to click the “Email Me When in Stock” button underneath the product you’re interested in too, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back!

It’s impossible for us to give you a timescale, as everyone is different. However, we always recommend adding our products into your routine daily, for a sustained period of time, and alongside a healthy, balanced diet, to feel the maximum benefits. We don’t see any of our products as a quick fix or fad, and it’s always important to remember, achieving the ultimate wellness is a journey.

All of our products are designed to contribute towards your wellness as a woman - and we understand balancing hormones can be an integral part of this.

We like to recommend our Vegan Protein Blend first and foremost, with added ingredients which are traditionally used to help regulate female hormonal balance and improve mood.

Additionally, FS-Greens, with the highest grade of Ashwagandha available, is key in managing stress levels and anxiety and will help to regulate your stress hormone, cortisol. Whilst key ingredients including Golden Kiwi and Organic Camu Camu have been added to balance hormones, improve digestion and reduce bloating.

Visit the page of the product you would like to subscribe to and select the subscribe and save option and checkout - you will automatically save by selecting this option. Your order will then be automatically delivered every 4 weeks (excluding collagen which will be delivered every 2 weeks) and you’ll be automatically charged to your original payment method.

Absolutely, we want our subscriptions to be the most convenient and simple way of shopping with FS for you! That’s why you’ll be able to access your account any time to swap a product, skip or delay a shipment, try out something new, change the delivery frequency or cancel altogether!

Log into your account area here, select manage subscriptions, select your existing subscription and add your chosen product as a one-time purchase or a subscription to your existing subscription through the customer portal area. It will arrive in the same box as your next delivery (provided you add it before your upcoming subscription is dispatched), and will be charged to your original payment method.

All future orders will be cancelled, however, please note if you try to cancel after your renewal date and your subscription has already been charged and dispatched you may still receive an order from us!

Sorry, we’re unable to cancel orders that have already been processed and dispatched. You’ll always receive your reminder email to notify you of your subscription renewal at least 2 business days before it’s processed. You must cancel your subscription at least 1 business day before your next upcoming shipment. If your renewal order has already been processed and dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it!

Orders, Shipping and Returns

We ship worldwide from our UK site herfreesoul.com and across the US and Canada from herfreesoul.us - if you don’t see your country listed as an option at checkout please email lucy@herfreesoul.com with your wishlist and we’ll get a shipping quote over to you!

All orders are sent via tracked delivery and will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following business day. Please note all orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please note delays with couriers for example, strike action, could likely cause delays with orders arriving - which is sadly outside of our control!

Please send us your order number, a photograph (including delivery note) to lucy@herfreesoul.com and we’ll get back to you with an update!
Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure your order is heading to the correct address. You should also be able to access tracking details from the courier for further information on where your order is. Please get in touch with us at lucy@herfreesoul.com and include your order number if you’re still unable to track it down!

All of our orders are dispatched as soon as possible after being placed. Therefore, we’re unable to make any changes to any orders once they have been processed. This includes cancellations, changes to your shipping details, or adding, removing and swapping items within the order.

We can, however, offer you a refund if all items are returned! See the following question for details on how this works.

We promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 14 days of receipt, provided the returned items are in an undamaged, unopened, and are in an entirely re-sellable condition. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 14 days will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying postage. Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage).

You may have subscribed on your last order! Most of our products are available on a subscription basis - this is processed when you add the product to your basket and select ‘Subscribe’ instead of ‘One-time-purchase’. When you select subscribe you receive 20% off your order and all future orders (which are processed every 4 or 2 weeks depending on the product you choose), and payment is taken from your original payment method. Log into your account here to amend or cancel your subscription any time!

Lucky you! Enter this at checkout and we’ll apply your discount. Please note, some of our codes are not valid on FS Subscriptions and those that are will only be valid on your first delivery - all recurring subscription payments will be charged at the relevant subscription price at the time of your order. The good news is, when you subscribe at a discounted price, you’ll lock that in for life.

Sustainability

In 2022 we made a switch to sustainable packaging. Our blends now come packaged in recyclable materials, and no longer contain a plastic scoop – we felt many were collecting unwanted and unnecessary plastic scoops in their drawers, and now suggest our serving sizes according to tablespoons and teaspoons. This is something we’re rolling out for future additions to our range of products too.

As a small business, we’re always looking for small actionable and effective ways to reduce our impact on the planet. In 2023, we’re planning to take steps towards improving the sustainability of our additional product ranges – looking closer at the printing process and materials used in our production.

We’re also looking at creating smaller boxes, for individual purchases, to ensure all orders are arriving with you in suitable packaging without creating excess waste.

Additionally, with a huge shift towards plant-based living and many turning towards more plant-based diets due to the positive environmental impact, we recently chose to discontinue our whey blends, helping us focus on building a more plant-based, and intolerance-friendly business.

Delivery And Returns

We promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 14 days of receipt, provided the returned items are in an undamaged, unopened, and are in an entirely re-sellable condition. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 14 days will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying postage. Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage).

Please handle all items with care. Please note that all items must be returned to us unused and sealed within the original packaging. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where these instructions have not been followed.

1. Email returns@herfreesoul.com to notify us of your return and receive a returns form

2. Package your items carefully - include your completed returns form within the package and fix your return label securely to your package

3. Post your returns at your nearest post office. Please remember to ask your Post Office for a posting certificate and keep this for reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

Please allow up to 30 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed.

We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact orders@herfreesoul.com immediately quoting your order number, details of the product you wished to

purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement, please attach a photo of the product and dispatch note. We will then advise on how to proceed.
