Blueberry Protein Smoothie

This Blueberry Protein Smoothie created by the talented @nadiashealthykitchen is packed with anti-oxidants, protein, omega 3 and a good source of calcium, iron, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc!! What more can we add really.........🤷‍♀️

Ingredients:
150g or 1 cup frozen/fresh blueberries
1 scoop Free Soul Vanilla protein
100g 🥥 yogurt
2 tbsp flaxseed
Oat 🥛

Method:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Pour into a smoothie bowl and decorate with any topping of your choice and enjoy! 🥄 😋
