HIGH PROTEIN MOUSSE

Super simple dessert for the nights when you need a sweet treat!
Recipe:
- 1 banana
- 25g vanilla vegan protein powder
- 15g cranberry powder
- 15g peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp greek yoghurt
Method:
- Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer into a bowl and serve with dark chocolate chips and freeze-dried raspberries.
- Enjoy!
