Soul Food: Chocolate Proat Bowl | Vegan Breakfast Recipe - Proats

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it gets you your first source of energy and powers you through everything you’ve got on your to-do list. This is a super simple, delicious, and healthy recipe that promises to do just that.
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop of Free Soul chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
3 tbsp plant-based yoghurt
Recipe
Place the oats in a pan over a low heat add the almond milk and stir through for a few minutes.
Add the Free Soul chocolate protein and raw cacao and stir well.
Add a little more water to reach your desired consistency.
Before taking it off the heat add the spoons of yoghurt and stir through.
Then transfer to a bowl.
Top with some more yoghurt, frozen raspberries, cacao nibs and flaked almonds.
