Ingredients@freesoulsistas vegan protein for an extra protein kick
1 cup @quakeroatsuk
1 tbsp @vitacocoeu Coconut oil
1 tbsp @thechiaco chia seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp @alpro almond milk
Put the dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl and mix together.
Chop the dates up and place in 1/4 cup boiling water for 5 mins and then blend until smooth.
At the same time, soak the chia seeds in 1/4 cup of boiling water.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry and then add almond milk to the mixture until achieved desired consistency (not too dry).
Form into balls and place in the fridge to set.
