It's almost Halloween which calls for some spooky breakfast recipes. The days are shorter and colder which makes that bowl of oats even more comforting.

- Scoop of @freesoulsistas vanilla vegan protein
- 40g porridge oats
- 200mls almond/ coconut milk
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 Lotus biscuits
- Mix your milk and oats in a bowl and pop in the microwave for 2 minutes
- Add a scoop of protein and cinnamon to thicken your porridge up and you're ready for the toppings!
- Crush up 2 lotus cinnamon biscuits and pop around the rim of the bowl!
- Add a spoonful of peanut butter and sliced bananas in the middle and eat!
