These vegan chocolate chip cookies are everything you could ever want in a chocolate chip cookie – soft, chewy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! 💗
🍪 Recipe ⬇️
1 cup Oats
2 tbsp Coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup Almond milk
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 dash of lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract and salted caramel flavouring
1 scoop Free Soul vegan vanilla protein .
1-2 packets of BRAVE chocolate chickpeas. The more the merrier.
🍪 Method ⬇️
Blend the oats in a blender to make it a flour, add the rest of the dry ingredients to the flour in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients, making sure the oil is melted. Let the flaxseed sit in the wet ingredients mixture for 5 mins and then transfer the wet into the dry and start mixing. It should be a thick dough texture..add extra almond milk if needed. Shape into cookie to the size you’d like and put in the oven for 12 mins at 200 degrees. Enjoy😍♥️
