VEGAN PROTEIN RECIPE: PUMPKIN SPICE PORRIDGE BREAKFAST BOWL
A perfect winter warmer. This breakfast oat dish is simple and easy to prepare. Minimal ingredients, maximum flavour!
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 cup oats
1.5 cups almond milk
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tbsp Free Soul Vanilla protein powder
On a hob, heat up the almond milk and add the oats. Stir until oats are cooked and a little sticky.
Add the vegan protein powder, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice.
Add more almond milk, if necessary, or to achieve desired consistency.
Top with crushed walnuts, tahini and maple syrup.
